Dan Petrich has been writing songs for almost twenty years, and in college he recorded his first album with fellow members of Hundred Pines. Since then his sound has changed a bit, but the music is still grounded in folk song structures, acoustic guitar, and harmonies. His most recent album, Sycamore Tales, explores the idea that beauty and self-realization are often born of struggle and suffering.
